I took lots of pics of cars and trucks.
Pimpy.
Regular looking Mitsu, but look at that hood scoop. Turbo Diesel or just more airflow?
Lots of these little 4x4 Suzukis everywhere.
I think I saw three of four of these awesome 80s Land Cruisers. Our 80s LCs looked nothing like this. Why?
<3 D110.
Limited edition Toyota Origin. Only made in 2000.
Cool little bastard.
Nice SWB Pajero.
Aside from lots of Elfs and other box trucks, this is the only Isuzu I saw while there, an old Mu.
Hmmm, weird looking crane.
These ad trucks are funny. They drive aronud with big ads on the side and blast music.
I can't remember the name of these, but iirc this is an old 2 cylinder Suzuki 4x4.
OK, this is something new. I saw 2 of these, along with about a dozen other Mercedes G-Wagons. But
this is the first time I ever saw a SWB 2Dr G-Wagon. I didn't even know they made them this way.
Cherry.
This van/suv was kinda cool. It looks like it might be 4x4 but I didn't look underneath.
Pajero Mini! Another config I didn't know existed.
??
This is a weird one. I saw two of them. Its a Nissan Rasheen. Never saw one before until Japan.
It was really cool looking because it was so squatty and low profile. One of these would look cool
lifted with big meats.
Just look how short it is next to that CRVor RAV4 or whatever it is.
Is this van new or old?
What hell is this car?
I saw 4 Jeep Cherokees over there, but only a single Wrangler...
Check this out! Another 80s Toyota Land Cruiser, except in a SWB 2Dr version. I would love to have one.
Lots of Cubes with the curved window on the other side. Weird....and still ugly as sin.
Isuzu Elf.
I think those Land Cruisers are from 70 series, not 80. That's why they look different :)
ReplyDeleteThe Mitsubishi Van is 2nd generation Delica (and they was cloned as Hyundai Starex), they was both 4x2 and 4x4. The first gen was based on Pajero frame and transmission, don't rememeber exactly about 2-nd gen.
Thanks, uncle! Actually, I looked up the LCs and I seem to remember these are an 80s version, but I could be wrong. I'm gonna post on VX.info all of this stuff next week. :)
