Collards

As soon as we got out of the car, I spotted the first of several Great Basin Collard
Lizards we saw this afternoon.

Here is bro about to noose the above lizard:


And his just reward:


We brought an empty 10 gallon tank and put the lizard into it for some nice close-ups.






We saw several more Collards and a few fence lizards.  We only noosed the one for the photos and then
set her free.  The lizard nooses we made really work well.
