This morning we got up at 6:00am and went up to Frenchman Lake to see if we could
land some trout. The morning started slow with no action. Having never fished for lake
trout before with any success, both me and my brother we slightly discouraged as we
both kinda knew we were going about it the wrong way.
So we moved down a ways to where there were a bunch of other guys. We figured they
must be in a good spot since most of the people were all in the same area. As it worked
out, we met Rob and Bob who were fishing next to us. Both guys were super cool and
told us the "secret" and schooled us a little on how to fish for lake trout.
Still, it took a good hour or so but then we started reelin' em in! We brought home five
fish and WOW did they taste good!
