Shortly after I flipped the Crotalus, Mike turned up this beauty...
I saw some of the largest Alligator Lizards ever on Saturday.

I am very careful actually. Still, Rattle snakes are not as aggressive as one would think. But yeah, you need to be carefull all the time. :) I have a huge amount of respect for a creature that could land me in the hospital for a month and cause me some serious pain and financial damage.

ReplyDeleteYup. And there are PLENTY more I need to see. That was a Northern Pacific Rattle Snake. I still need to find one here in NV (Great Basic Rattle Snake).
