Leap Year Sunset

Before you ask, let me just say that these photos were not enhanced one bit, save for resizing
so they fit on your puny screen.  No contrast adjustment, no saturation boost, nada.  What you
see is easily one of the coolest sunsets I have seen yet.  (pics by Linda)

    Chicago Sunsets

    In Chicago, you can get a nice yellowish tint to it, particularly, with a thermal inversion.

    Further, if you don't mind getting up, Gary still can add enough to the morning sky to get a lot of extra reddish-brown hues to the sunrise.

    Yeah, this sunset was crazy. We get some nice ones here, but this one was particularly nice with the pink reflection on the snow capped mountains.
