Denver

So I had to go to Denver for work. On Sunday while the rest of my team went to
some sports bar to watch football (no thanks) I went to find the local used
book shop and comic store. To my surprise, the book store ended up being
right next to this:

I didn't even know the original Wax Trax store was still open.  I thought they all closed years
ago!  Pretty cool. They had a nice big Goth/Industrial section.  I was hoping they would
have some old school Wax Trax shirts or posters but they had nothing to speak of
in that department.

Still, it was pretty cool and since I was at the last Wax Trax I just had to buy something, so I ended up
buying the new KMFDM which isn't too bad, and another rare Signs Ov Chaos release I had  never
seen before.

The area around Wax Trax was pretty neat and historical with some cool looking old
houses.  This one was my favorite.

All in all, Denver seems like a nice city, but way to big and trafficy for my taste.

  1. Those homes are great as well. I love home like that they have so much character.
